The general objective of CAI is to contribute to local and national development by promoting interest of member industrialists. It has following specific objectives:

• To enhance entrepreneurial skills of the industrialists through trainings, seminars, interactions and industrial visits.
• To encourage industrialists for innovations regarding production, marketing and managerial technology.
• To develop the association as industrial information center.
• To support Nepal Government in drafting industrial laws and legislations.
